After the tremendous success of the classic Secret Garden album and extensive touring of Europe and the Far East, Natalie has begun recording the follow-up album.
By all indications this will bring more fans to NW's broadening "Soul Family". The album is most likely to be released in 2009.
We know it's a long wait but in the meantime if you've got "Secret Garden" withdrawal symptoms head on down to NW's "Soul Family" night held once a month at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club. Checkout http://www.ronniescotts.co.uk for more information.
‘Chasing Dreams’ - What is it all about? 19 June 2008
Eastside Stories has a reputation in East London for organising some of the most exciting youth showcases. This summer the bar has been raised with Chasing Dreams; an original concept that weaves together live performance, acting, dance and multi-media visuals. The show tells the tale of a friendship tested by the code of the streets and stars young, fresh, aspiring artists such as Jermaine aka Jman who performs songs and plays one of the lead roles, alongside Daisy, Nick, Andrew, Junior, Nicole and our resident DJ Simeon aka Lucian D. It also includes great headliners such as Frisco (BoyBetterKnow), Double S (Alwayz Recordings) and Tor – one of the UK’s fiercest female emcees. Together we aim to show that beyond the madness ‘on road’ there are talented youths waiting for a chance to shine. It’s all happening Friday, 4th July 2008 at Stratford Circus, Theatre Square, London, E15.
Tickets are £5.00 in advanced and £8.00 on the night, make sure you get yours before they sale out. For more info visit: www.iamchasingdreams.com
